Wanida Transportation Refund Policy

 

At Wanida Transportation, we take pride in delivering reliable and comfortable event and charter transportation services. Because our vehicles, drivers, and schedules are reserved specifically for your booking, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a weather-related cancellation that makes travel unsafe or impossible.

1. All Sales Final

  • Payments for all event and charter transportation services are non-refundable except in the specific case outlined below.

  • Customers are encouraged to confirm all details before booking to avoid schedule conflicts or misunderstandings..

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If severe weather conditions (such as snowstorms, ice storms, flooding, or other extreme weather events) make travel unsafe, Wanida Transportation reserves the right to cancel service.

  • Weather-related cancellations will be determined by Wanida Transportation management in consultation with local authorities and safety guidelines.

  • In these cases, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid or may choose to apply the payment toward a rescheduled service at no additional cost.

3. No Refunds for Other Reasons

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations by the customer due to event changes, illness, no-shows, or personal scheduling conflicts.

  • We are not responsible for changes or cancellations made by event organizers or third parties.

4. Rescheduling Option

  • Customers who wish to change the date of service for reasons other than weather may do so based on vehicle and driver availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance and may be subject to a change fee.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved weather-related refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
